Я предполагаю, что вы пытаетесь сделать это из клиентского приложения. Если это так, то это невозможно. LightSwitch основан на Silverlight 4, который не поддерживает вызов собственного кода. Он поддерживает вызов только собственного кода через COM Automation, используя класс AutomationFactory . См
