Конкретная перегрузка get, которую обеспечивает Boost.Variant, доступна через #include <boost/variant/get.hpp>.

В качестве альтернативы, boost/variant.hpp предоставляет большинство, если не все заголовки Boost.Variant, но я бы не рекомендовал его за пределами небольших игрушечных программ. Мелкозернистые заголовки приятно иметь.
