Установка FastCGI Dev Kit

Я пытаюсь установить FastCGI Dev kit из здесь .

Но я получаю ошибку ниже, когда пытаюсь make. Я понятия не имею, как решить. Есть идеи? Я использую Ubuntu 64 bit.

vi fcgi-2.4.0/libfcgi/fcgio.cpp

и добавьте #include <stdio.h>, затем скомпилируйте, и это будет сделано.

Добавление: 

#include "stdio.h"

решит актуальную проблему.
