Почему новые значения не отображаются при обновлении GridViewRow?

Итак, я нажимаю кнопку «Редактировать», набираю обновленные значения и нажимаю «Обновить». Но выделенный код получает исходные значения, а не обновленные значения. Я не могу понять, почему. Это всегда работало раньше.
