Ваш код работает во мне.1. Проверьте schema.yml на наличие синтаксической ошибки.2. 2.1 Резервное копирование вашего проекта.2.2 (думаю это тебе поможет).Перейдите в lib / model / doctrine / base - и удалите все файлы.Сделайте: 

$ php symfony doctrine:build --all --and-load --no-confirmation

UPD: Удалить все файлы также в: lib / form / doctrine / base , lib / filter / doctrine / base
