Ваш код выглядит нормально, но я бы порекомендовал вам представить MFMailComposeViewController из вашего UITableViewController, а не выдвигать новый контроллер представления и представлять его там - это, вероятно, в конечном итоге будет выглядеть странным и ненужным.
