Я хочу вернуть полный путь к файлу Excel, который я просматривал.Используя следующее,

Я могу открыть диалоговое окно и вернуть каталог, в котором находится файл, но этот код не добавляет имя файла (например, blabla.xls)в конце пути.

Например, если на моем диске C есть blabla.xls, он просто вернет C: \

Как мне вернуть C: \ blabla.xls (или как называется файл Excel)?

dataPath = dlg.SelectedItems(1)
Me!browseDataPath = dataPath

Поскольку у вас отключен множественный выбор, достаточно получить первый (основанный на одном) предмет.
