Служба WCF: TransferMode: StreamingResponse не работает

Question

Я пытаюсь создать потоковый сервис WCF.Я создал службу, которая, по моему мнению, должна поддерживать потоковые ответы (как проект приложения-службы WCF в VS), и клиент, который является просто проектом консольного приложения, в который я добавил службу в качестве ссылки на службу.Код работает, когда я устанавливаю режим передачи в клиенте в Buffered, но если я изменяю его на StreamedResponse, я получаю поток, который имеет только около 1500 байт данных вместо 33k, которые я получаю, когда использую режим буферизованной передачи.
