Здравствуйте, я написал приложение и при развертывании показывает ошибку в строке mCamera = Camera.open ();Где mCamera является ссылкой камеры.

Как можно решить любую помощь, пожалуйста?

Сначала необходимо проверить и вызвать функцию разблокировки, если какое-либо другое приложение использует камеру.

Я использовал следующий код, который отлично работает. Он захватывает изображение и сохраняет его на карту памяти. Не забудьте поместить разрешения в файл манифеста.
