2) проект на Visual C # 2010, предназначенный для .net Framework2.0 и включает C ++ DLL.

Если я создаю проект 4.0, он не даетэти ошибки.Очевидно, я не должен был делать это целевым 4.0, чтобы использовать сборку 2.0.

В проекте C ++ использовался набор инструментов платформы v100. Это делает его зависимым от версии 4.0 .NET некоторых библиотек. Изменение набора инструментов на v90 решает проблему. Возможно, вам придется установить набор инструментов v90, если у вас их нет ...
