У меня проблемы с развертыванием приложения Rails в Heroku, я даже не могу запустить консоль Heroku!(см. ниже ответ, который я получаю от терминала)

Вот config / environment. / Production.rb, я закомментировал строку 3, поскольку думал, что это может быть проблемой, но у меня возникает та же проблема, закомментирована ли она, не закомментирована или полностью удалена!
