Как только запрос AJAX будет работать, следующим шагом будет просто обойти код, чтобы отправить электронное письмо выбранному человеку, если его адрес электронной почты был введен - немного застрял на том, как сделать это, как я хочу Поле электронной почты, чтобы остаться необязательным.
