Форма электронной почты PHP не отправляет все поля

Когда я отправляю форму, я получаю поля last_name и email, но не hte first_name. Сводит меня с ума! Если кто-нибудь может быстро взглянуть на это и сообщить мне, почему я был бы очень признателен. Я новичок в PHP. Спасибо !!

Ваша проблема в следующем коде: 

// validation expected data exists
if(!isset($_POST['first_name']) ||
    !isset($_POST['last_name']) ||
    !isset($_POST['email']))


$first_name = $_POST['first_name']; // required
$last_name = $_POST['last_name']; // required
$email_from = $_POST['email']; // required

Это оператор if без следующего кода, поэтому он выбирает следующую строку, где вы присваиваете $ first_name. Так что это никогда не будет выполнено. Это эквивалентно этому: 

// validation expected data exists
if(!isset($_POST['first_name']) ||
    !isset($_POST['last_name']) ||
    !isset($_POST['email']))
{
    $first_name = $_POST['first_name']; // required
}

$last_name = $_POST['last_name']; // required
$email_from = $_POST['email']; // required

В соответствующей заметке, в общем, этот код довольно запутан с непоследовательными уровнями отступов и т. Д. Я знаю, что он кажется тривиальным и педантичным, но если вы потратите немного больше времени на написание более чистого кода, вам будет легче устранять ошибки, как это (как и другие люди).
