Ошибка кодировки кириллицы JSF2

Question

У меня странное поведение в проекте Primefaces. Проблема в том, что когда я отправляю форму h: с символами кириллицы, она превращается в? У меня нет проблем с или, или, или - (испанские иероглифы).

Что я попробую.

<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8" />

на каждой странице.

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>

на каждом просмотре.

Все файлы xhtml имеют кодировку UTF-8 и классы тоже.

Я сделал EncodingFilter
