Вместо установки Content-Length в свойстве запроса используйте setFixedLengthStreamingMode (postData.length);

Согласно источнику для HttpUrlConnection , Content-Length является «ограниченным заголовком»:

Длина содержимого устанавливается автоматически. Вы не можете установить это непосредственно. Однако вы можете указать правильную длину при настройке режима потоковой передачи с фиксированной длиной.
