Я получил эту проблему, так как я обновил до XCode 3.2.5 с iOS 4.2

Моя проблема возникла из-за использования собственных библиотек, которые нужно было перекомпилировать под iOS4.Похоже, что эта версия iOS не полностью совместима с предыдущей бинарной ...

В противном случае, попробуйте новую версию XCode 4 и iOS4.3, чтобы посмотреть, решит ли она вашу проблему.
