Что я могу понять, как это сделать, так это каким-то образом использовать цикл, чтобы, когда все 9 квадратов были красного цвета, он выполнял функцию round_win ().
я не уверен, где поставить цикл и как его записать (для цикла, в то время как цикл, если, но, еще, и т. д.)
