отправка почты от Apache Tomcat

Я работаю над веб-проектом, используя Tomcat 6 в качестве веб-сервера и JSP в качестве внешнего интерфейса.Я хочу отправить письмо с веб-сервера на учетную запись электронной почты.Как мне этого добиться?

Для начала, вот моя форма в JSP:

Использование API Java-Mail.

  • Взять необходимые входные данные от JSP,
  • Отправьте это сервлету
  • Вызовите сервисный метод для отправки почты из сервлета
  • Используйте Java Mail API для отправки почты с помощью метода сервиса, быстрый пример

Это отлично работает (пример gmail):

Это самый простой способ, используя MailToURLConnection .Никаких дополнительных библиотек не требуется. 

public static void sendMail(String from, String to, String subject, String body, String[] headers) throws IOException {
   System.setProperty("mail.host", "localhost");

   URL u = new URL("mailto:"+to);
   MailToURLConnection con = (MailToURLConnection)u.openConnection();
   OutputStream os = con.getOutputStream();
   OutputStreamWriter w = new OutputStreamWriter(os);

   DateFormat df = new SimpleDateFormat("E, d MMM yyyy H:mm:ss Z");
   Date d = new Date();
   String dt = df.format(d);
   String mid = d.getTime()+from.substring(from.indexOf('@'));

   w.append("Subject: "+subject+"\r\n");
   w.append("Date: " +dt+ "\r\n");
