проблема в удаленном запросе ajax

Извините, я использую рельсы 2.3.8.У меня есть удаленная форма во всплывающем окне.это использовать код JavaScript для отправки сообщения, потому что мне нужно это сообщение в нескольких частях.ОК?

Однако по завершении действия у меня появляется эта ошибка в консоли firebug:

так просмотрите: update не обновляет мою страницу.

Почему возникает эта ошибка?

в контроллере добавить

respond_to do |format|
  format.js { render :json => product }
end

затем добавьте код в jQuery в соответствии с функциональностью внутри
