Вы получаете ClassCastException, когда у вас есть дубликаты JAR или JAR-файлы с одинаковыми файлами классов.В вашем случае это может быть и другая версия Axis.Проблема обычно возникает, когда ваш tomcat создает экземпляр класса axis и отправляет этот экземпляр вашему приложению.Ваше приложение на другой стороне может использовать свои собственные фляги (упакованные в вашу WAR или EAR).А благодаря возможности использования нескольких классов загрузчиков в Web-контейнере или EE-контейнере Java вы можете одновременно запускать различные веб-приложения с собственными версиями jar-файлов на одном сервере.

Но какреши это?Хорошо, ищите эти классы (показанные в StackTrace) во всех банках вашего tomcat и вашего веб-приложения и проверьте, какой из них используется для создания экземпляров Axis-Requests / -responses.Самое простое решение - удалить соответствующий jar из вашего веб-приложения и скомпилировать ваш код в соответствии с jar's вашей среды выполнения (вашего tomcat).Если tomcat-jar-версии не подходят для вашего случая, попробуйте пропатчить server-jar.Альтернативным решением может быть другая конфигурация вашего веб-приложения / сервера для управления загрузчиками классов.
