Когда я использую RadTreeView в ChildWindow, хотя для свойства IsDragDropEnabled установлено значение "True", я не могу перетаскивать элементы.Но когда я использую RadTreeView в UserControl, он может перетаскивать.

В чем проблема, и как я могу это исправить?

В конструкторе

this.treeView1.AddHandler(RadDragAndDropManager.DropQueryEvent, new EventHandler<DragDropQueryEventArgs>(OnDropQuery), true);
