Я использую код, найденный в Как создать самозаверяющий сертификат с использованием C #? для создания самозаверяющего сертификата в C #.Ниже приведен код.Используя это, я могу сгенерировать и добавить сертификат в My and Root store, однако статус сертификата говорит: «Срок действия сертификата истек или еще не действителен», как решить эту проблему?

Вы должны указать дату и время в формате UTC:

   cert.NotBefore = DateTime.UtcNow;
...
