PyInstaller: ошибка StopItate при импорте геопанд

Я пытаюсь выполнить PyInstaller в моем сценарии.Я установил все необходимые пакеты, и .exe был успешно создан.

Но когда я запускаю его на другом компьютере, он получает следующее сообщение об ошибке:
