Сделать поле телефона Woocommerce Checkout необязательным в зависимости от страны доставки

В Woocommerce Checkout я пытаюсь сделать поле телефона не обязательным для определенных стран доставки. На основе " Сделать поле телефона для проверки необязательным для определенных стран в коде ответа WooCommerce " , который работает нормально. Я попытался внести некоторые изменения, чтобы этот код работал для доставка страна, а не биллинг страна.

После многих попыток я не смог понять, как заставить это работать.

Любая помощь будет ошеломительной и высоко ценится.

Следующий код сделает поле для выставления счета для телефона обязательным только для определенных "Доставка" стран.

Начиная с версии 3.4+ Woocommerce, в полях формы Woocommerce произошли некоторые изменения, поэтому дополнительные функции и код, где это необходимо.

Также я расширил код для управления поведением поля телефона в «Моя учетная запись»> «Редактировать адреса», где клиент может вносить изменения в данные своей учетной записи.

Вот полный код (укажите коды вашей страны в первой функции) :
