У меня была эта проблема однажды.Мало что можно попробовать.

1. Попробуйте перезагрузить устройство

2. проверьте, включены ли сервисы Google Play и Play Store.

3. В некоторых случаях сервис Google Play или Play Store ограничены сотовыми данными.Чтобы решить эту проблему, я сделал следующее: Использование данных приложения -> Сервисы Google -> Отключить опцию «Ограничить доступ к сотовым данным».
