</dependency>

Помните, что DefaultLogoutPageGeneratingFilter.java был представлен в пакете org/springframework/security/web/authentication/ui, начиная со строки 5.1.x.

Поэтому, пожалуйста, посмотрите на mvn help:effective-pom и выровняйте ваши версии Spring Security с линией 5.1.x.

В качестве альтернативы вы можете дать Spring Boot попытку значительно упростить управление зависимостями.
