Установка SSLError с помощью pip

Question

Я пытаюсь установить Django на Windows 10.

Что бы я ни пытался установить с помощью pip на cmd, я получаю эти ошибки

pip install --upgrade pip --trusted-host pypi.org --trusted-host files.pythonhosted.org

pip install --trusted-host pypi.python.org --trusted-host files.pythonhosted.org --trusted-host pypi.org django

Проверьте настройки прокси. Вы можете использовать эту команду

pip install <package> --trusted-host pypi.org --trusted-host files.pythonhosted.org --proxy="<IP>:<port>"

Я спросил коллегу, который автоматически знал, что делать. Мне просто нужно было установить переменные прокси: "установить https_proxy = http://username:password@proxy.example.com:8080" "set http_proxy = http://username:password@proxy.example.com:8080" и это работает
