Сборка Docker для NumPy, Панды дают ошибку

У меня есть Dockerfile в каталоге с именем docker_test.Структура docker_test выглядит следующим образом:

Мой dockerfile выглядит следующим образом:

Я запускаю команду

docker build -t dockerfile . 

Запускает процесс сборкино затем выдает следующую ошибку: не удается установить numpy и т. д. в образе

docker build -f <dockerfile> -t <tagname:tagversion> <buildcontext>
