spring ws Не удалось проверить запрос: заголовок WS-Security не найден

Я получаю сообщение об ошибке выше. 

Could not validate request: No WS-Security header found

Заголовок начинается с 

<soapenv:Envelope xmlns:soapenv="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/">
<soapenv:Header>
<wsse:Security soapenv:mustUnderstand="1" xmlns:wsse="http://docs.oasis-open.org/wss/2004/01/oasis-200401-wss-wssecurity-secext-1.0.xsd">

Так что я не совсем понимаю, почему он жалуется.В теле есть зашифрованный раздел, который я хочу расшифровать.

Ответом был актер проверки.Я думал, что это поле пароля, но на самом деле оно указывает заголовок безопасности.Удаление его заставило меня пройти ошибку
