Не могу установить speex с помощью pip

Я пытаюсь установить speex-0.9.1 с помощью pip.Я получаю ошибку ниже.Любая идея, как я могу обойти это?

Если я открываю tar шар, который пипс загружает, я вижу, что .h файлы отсутствуют.

Speex - это оболочка Python для Speex library . В PyPI нет скомпилированных колес, есть только исходный код. Чтобы установить его, вам нужно скомпилировать библиотеку speex или установить библиотеку speex из вашего дистрибутива.
