Как исправить «[WinError 5] Доступ запрещен»

Так что я использую анаконду для всего этого, проблема в том, когда я пытаюсь сделать: 

r = pyper.R(RCMD="D:/Apps/Anaconda/envs/rstudio/lib/R",use_pandas='True')

но тогда появляется ошибка:

Кажется, что R требует прав администратора для доступа.Однако вы запускаете свою среду (IDE / Anaconda), щелкните правой кнопкой мыши и выберите «Запуск от имени администратора».
