Как исправить SOCK_RAW не читает, пишет нормально, но не будет читать - PullRequest

Пытаясь сделать ICMP-запрос на Windows 10 Pro, SOCK_RAW не читает, но пишет нормально. Как я могу это исправить, чтобы он читал и писал?

Запустил с правами администратора, и я попытался запустить без брандмауэра безрезультатно
