MySQL 8 не запускается после «Обновления словаря данных» в файле журнала

Я использую MySQL 8, и он внезапно решил отключиться и не возвращаться, когда я пытаюсь запустить его снова.

В журнале видно, что причиной было это событие.

Однако я понятия не имею, что это значит? Или почему это вдруг произойдет?

Замените "utf" на "utf8mb4" в my.cnf и перезапустите mysql.

Например мой конфиг mysql 

[client]
default-character-set=utf8mb4

[mysql]
default-character-set=utf8mb4

[mysqld]
collation-server = utf8mb4_unicode_ci
character-set-server = utf8mb4
