Как добавить значок SVG рядом с моим элементом DL?

Я создал список dl с элементами dt и dd. Я хотел бы узнать, как я могу добавить стиль CSS для моего DT, который будет включать значок SVG перед DT. Это ссылка на значок svg: http://www.urs.co.za/test/assets/images/icon_25_bullet.svg
