Аспект весной, загрузка пользовательских аннотаций

Я создаю пользовательскую аннотацию NullCheck для параметра метода, чтобы проверить, является ли значение пустым или нет hello (@NullCheck String text) , но я не могу вызвать Aspect вокруг аннотации.

Основной класс 

package com.example.demo;

Класс контроллера, просто вызывающий аспект для POC, ничего не возвращающий

Согласно моему пониманию и после некоторого поиска в Google, вы можете получить параметр метода и его значение с конкретной аннотацией со следующим кодом:
