Периодическая проблема с соединением SQL с AWS RDS

В настоящее время мы испытываем периодическую проблему с нашим веб-сайтом ASP.NET (созданным на Sitecore), когда веб-сайт не может подключиться к серверу SQL в течение, казалось бы, случайных периодов продолжительностью 15 минут.Через 15 минут проблема решается сама собой, и веб-сайт возвращается.

Сообщение об ошибке:

Это сообщение об ошибке, похоже, является той же ошибкой, которую вы получите, если у вас есть опечатка в строке подключения, но сайт работает нормально для99% времени

Если сообщение об ошибке было тайм-аутом, я мог бы представить причину, состоящую в том, что приложение вызывает чрезмерную нагрузку, и SQL не может ответить - однако журналы SQL RDS не показывают большой нагрузки и просто сбрасывают соединения дляпериод 15 минут.

Есть ли что-либо с точки зрения приложения / кода, которое могло бы вызвать это?

Значит ли период в 15 минут?Это ключ к чему-то конкретному?
