у вас нет определения для функции "Function2_GetSummonerChanges"

это может быть что-то вроде 

[FunctionName("Function2_GetSummonerChanges")]
public static int MyActivityFunction([ActivityTrigger] int id, ILogger log)
{
   // your logic
}
