Работает нормально как есть. Возможно проблема с конфигурацией / проблемами рабочей области в IntelliJ.

Я решил эту проблему!

Вам нужно перейти в репозиторий maven, чтобы удалить пакет tomcat-embed-core.jar, а затем обновить репозиторий Maven.

Ваша реализация кажется правильной, это может быть из-за pom.Вы должны выполнить обновление Maven и, если он не работает, попытаться изменить версию весенней загрузки.Затем снова запустите.
