Ошибка при запуске ipython: «AttributeError: у объекта« TerminalInteractiveShell »нет атрибута« pt_cli »»

При запуске ipython возникает ошибка в названии - хотя на самом деле ipython появляется: 

$ipython

AttributeError: 'TerminalInteractiveShell' object has no attribute 'pt_cli'

Я сделал новую brew install из ipython поверх новой установки Python 3.7.3 

brew upgrade python3
brew install ipython
brew link --overwrite ipython
...
