pip instal math3d - EROR

Question

Я получаю постоянную ошибку при попытке установить isthal math3d или urx libary для Python с помощью pip install. Я использую Windows 10 и Python 3.7.3

Я пытался: - удалить / установить python, а также попробовать старую версию 3.4.4 .. ничего не работает - обновить setuptools - обновить пункт (тогда я получаю еще больше ошибок)
