Как установить Vigra на MacOS Mojave?

Question

Мне нужно использовать CellProfiler 2.2.0 , а для этого мне нужно vigra. Я следовал инструкциям, которые вы можете найти здесь, или, по крайней мере, как я их интерпретировал. Короче говоря:

1. Я клонировал git-репозиторий.
2. cd ~/git/vigra.
3. mkdir каталог для создания и cd к этому
4. cmake
