Как получить доступ к местоположению пользователя вручную, если пользователь отказывает в разрешении местоположения в iOS swift

Я хочу получить доступ к местоположению пользователя, даже если пользователь отказал в разрешении. Как получить местоположение пользователя, если его вручную.

    super.viewWillAppear(animated)
    determineMyCurrentLocation()
}

func determineMyCurrentLocation() {
    locationManager = CLLocationManager()
    locationManager.delegate = self
    locationManager.desiredAccuracy = kCLLocationAccuracyBest
    locationManager.requestAlwaysAuthorization()

    locationManager.startUpdatingLocation()
    mapView.showsUserLocation = true
}

func locationManager(manager: CLLocationManager, didChangeAuthorizationStatus status: CLAuthorizationStatus) {
