Не могу подключиться к localdb

Все работает на моем локальном компьютере, но при отправке на GitLab у моего бегуна / конвейера возникают проблемы.

На нашем этапе сборки определенно создается база данных (я могу подключиться из SQL Server Management Studio при запуске какNT AUTHORITY \ System).Но по какой-то причине тестовый проект не может подключиться;

Я также попытался открыть общий доступ к экземпляру и не могу подключиться при запуске SSMS как другое использование (даже при использовании (localdb)\.\SharedName.

Я прочитал несколько похожих вопросов об остановке / запуске и воссоздании и т. Д., Но безрезультатно. Соединение с использованием именованного канала тоже не помогает.

Возможно, есть и лучшееспособ справиться с этим?
