Не удалось найти запрошенную ошибку провайдера данных .Net Framework на сервере

Я использую asp.net MVC с базой данных MySql. У меня установлены MySql.Data v8.0.16.0, MySql.Data.EntityFramework v8.0.16.0 и MySqlConnector v0.47.1.0.

и в строке подключения web.config: 

<add name="DefaultConnection" connectionString="Server=localhost;Database=bakradb;Uid=root;Pwd=***;Allow User Variables=True" providerName="MySql.Data.MySqlClient" />

и провайдер: 

<provider invariantName="MySql.Data.MySqlClient" type="MySql.Data.MySqlClient.MySqlProviderServices, MySql.Data.EntityFramework, Version=8.0.16.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=c5687fc88969c44d">
      </provider>

Связь с базой данных работает нормально на моем локальном компьютере, но при развертывании на хост-сервере он говорит:

Невозможно найти запрошенный поставщик данных .Net Framework. Может не быть установленным.

Я дважды проверил версию dll на хостинг-сервере, и все выглядит хорошо, что может быть причиной этой ошибки?

Все зависимости подключения базы данных включены с проектом и не зависят от сервера. право?

Я установил mysql .net разъем на сервере, и это решило проблему

Это работает для меня с разделом DbProviderFactories в app.config 

<system.data>
    <DbProviderFactories>
        <add name="MySQL Data Provider" invariant="MySql.Data.MySqlClient" description=".Net Framework Data Provider for MySQL" type="MySql.Data.MySqlClient.MySqlClientFactory,MySql.Data" />
    </DbProviderFactories>
</system.data>
