Я пытаюсь увеличить пропускную способность хеша md5 с помощью AVX2. Я использовал библиотеку simd_md5, предоставленную пользователем github ..

В msvc2013 я получаю желаемый результат для всех 8 буферов, но в Linux, когда запускаю один и тот же код только для первых 4 буферов, совпадение результатов и следующие четыре буфера как-то сдвигают результат.

Может, какой-нибудь эксперт, пожалуйста, помогите мне, почему один и тот же код ведет себя по-разному с компиляторами ... оптимизация не включена ..

Бьюсь об заклад, sizeof (long int) отличается. Рекомендуется использовать uint64_t, uint32_t, uint8_t и т. Д. Вместо long int или unsigned char. Особенно, если вы используете его для манипулирования адресами. Я думаю, что ошибка здесь:

encode(&digests[i][j*4], &((unsigned long int *) &context->state[j])[i], 4);

В Windows это

encode(&digests[i][j*4], &((uint32_t*) &context->state[j])[i], 4);

В Linux

encode(&digests[i][j*4], &((uint64_t*) &context->state[j])[i], 4);

То есть вы обращаетесь к исходному массиву для i> = 2

также я бы не стал конвертировать в uint64_t * напрямую. См .: gcc, строгие псевдонимы и страшные истории

Вместо этого я бы использовал memcpy для копирования context-> state [j]
