Ошибка подключения: неавторизованный клиент отказался.

Не удалось подключиться к удаленномухост-сервер расширений (ошибка: ошибка подключения: отказано неавторизованным клиентом.)
Удаление всех удаленных файлов vscode и уничтожение процессов vscode не помогли.
