UberJar не работает: Intellij Maven java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError с Джексоном YAML

Вы можете настроить свой плагин сборки maven следующим образом (вам не нужен другой плагин).Это поместит все файлы .class в ваш jar.

Я оставляю вам улучшенный pom-файл для maven 3 (на самом деле проблема была с тегом pluginManagement, который недоступен в этой версии maven ).Вам также не нужен плагин maven jar.
