Проблема вставки данных пользовательского поля в базу данных Magento

Я хочу добавить дополнительное поле для новостной рассылки на странице оформления заказа (billing.phtml), чтобы клиент мог вставить свою электронную почту для получения рассылки. Адрес электронной почты должен быть вставлен в таблицу рассылки.

Мне удалось создать поле в billing.phtml, но я не могу найти способ вставить данные в: newsletters_suscriber / suscriber_email.

Кто-нибудь мне поможет?

Вот мой код:

вы пытаетесь получить значение сообщения с ключом 'billing_custom_newsletter', но это не существует, поскольку имя поля электронной почты в веб-интерфейсе «billing [custom_newsletter]».

сделав это, вы создадите ассоциативный массив в глобальной переменной post. это будет выглядеть примерно так: 

array(
...
'billing'=>array('custom_newsletter'=>{{value}},...)
...
)

вы можете изменить имя поля во внешнем интерфейсе на billing_custom_newsletter, или в бэкэнде, сначала получите информацию для выставления счетов из POST, а затем оттуда вы можете получить свою переменную.

Пример 

$billing_info = $this->getRequest()->getPost('billing');
$custom_newsletter= $billing_info['custom_newsletter']
...
