Как исправить обрезку изображения в Android

Я пытаюсь обрезать изображение с камеры и галереи, но это не работает. Я использую этот код для обрезки изображения. Изображение снято с камеры и выбрано из галереи, но я не могу обрезать их.

Моя версия для Android - Nougat.
