Не удается открыть блокнот Jupyter в кластере

Question

Я создаю среду анаконды (py37) и хочу запустить ноутбук jupyter.Однако после того, как я напечатал «блокнот jupyter», я получил эту ошибку.Я понятия не имею, почему это произошло.
